The purpose of Career Navig8 Lake is to immerse students in practical, real-world scenarios aligned with the county’s comprehensive workforce readiness goals. Students will gain a deeper understanding of various career pathways through visiting your business which represent each of the career cluster areas from the Illinois PaCE framework, an initiative to create a workforce ready future for the students of Lake County.​​
