Important Update on Annual Financial Report (AFR) Submissions

The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) has recently implemented changes to the financial reporting process designed to improve efficiency and consistency across school districts, joint agreements, and regional offices of education. These updates aim to streamline reporting requirements and simplify submission procedures. A complete summary of the changes can be reviewed here: [ISBE AFR].

In alignment with these updates, the Lake County Regional Office of Education will now exclusively accept Annual Financial Reports (AFRs) through the submission link provided below. Please note that paper copies will no longer be accepted.
