Registering for Workshops

In most cases, registration closes 14 days prior to the start date of the workshop.

Each district has its own way of handling registrations. Please check with your bookkeeper or department chair for your district's procedure.

Approval from your district/school is required after you submit your registration. Make sure your email address is correct for the person who approves your registration. Upon approval, an email confirmation and invoice will be sent to you. Print your invoice and submit to your district office for payment.

Make sure you review the workshop description for additional costs that may be required for books and materials or for graduate credit.

If you do not receive an email confirmation, you are not registered for the class.

Payment

Payment (or a guaranteed form of payment) is due, in full, prior to the start of the workshop.

*Approving a registration constitutes an agreement to pay.*

Make checks payable to Lake County Educational Services, and mail or hand deliver to:

If using a purchase order, please list a valid purchase order number on the registration form.

Out of Lake County registrations must be paid prior to the date of the workshop.

A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds will be issued only to participants who contact Jennifer seven (7) business days before the program start date or if the program is canceled. Additionally, within this seven (7) business day period, registrations may be applied to a different program or a later offering. Approved refunds for canceled registrations are subject to a processing fee based on the original workshop cost.

If the ROE cancels the program, all fees will be fully refunded or transferred to a different academy/workshop.
