Applications for licenses, endorsements, and approvals must be completed online through ELIS (Educator Licensure Information System). Click here to sign up for an ELIS account or to log into your existing ELIS account.​Click here for Specific license requirements​Please Note: An official transcript is required for licensure. To be considered official, a transcript must arrive at the Regional Office of Education in a sealed envelope that you have not opened, just as you received it from your college or university.
