Morning Keynote:
Diane Sweeney
Diane Sweeney has been an author and educational consultant for over twenty years. The author of The Essential Guide for Student-Centered Coaching (Corwin, 2020), Leading Student-Centered Coaching (Corwin, 2018), Student-Centered Coaching: The Moves (Corwin, 2016), and Moves for Launching a New Year of Student-Centered Coaching (Corwin, 2023), Diane holds a longstanding interest in how adult learning translates to learning in the classroom. Diane holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Denver and a Master’s in Bilingual and Multicultural Education from the University of Colorado, Boulder. She lives in Denver with her family.

Afternoon Keynote:
Robert Hinchliffe
Robert Hinchliffe is a successful principal, author, and speaker based in Las Vegas, Nevada, and he has been an elementary school administrator for over 19 years. His career accomplishments include leading various 5-star rated schools, schools that have received distinguished awards, and he was selected to open Tyrone Thompson Elementary School in 2020. His latest book, Differentiate Differently, was released in February of this year, and he is the author of multiple other books including Start on the Sidewalk and More Than Just Teaching. He leads “the model of what a public school can and should be” while working to fight the status quo daily, aiming to create an exciting school environment for kids and families. He has presented at various schools and conferences, bringing his energy and passion so attendees leave feeling inspired to make a bigger impact in our profession.

DITCHED Con is the Lake County ROE's annual conference focused on providing instructional coaches, tech coaches, teacher leaders, educators, and administrators with a platform to learn about the most innovative practices to move coaching forward.
This conference provides an opportunity to connect with other coaches about timely topics and dive into creative ways to grow as a coach.
