The Women in Leadership Retreat: Stronger Together Conference, sponsored by DuPage County ROE, Lake County ROE, South Cook ISC, North Cook ISC & West40 ISC, is specifically designed to empower and inspire women in educational leadership roles, providing a supportive environment for personal and professional growth. Whether you are a seasoned leader or just starting your journey, this event will offer valuable insights, networking opportunities, and ideas to help you thrive in your leadership role.

At past events, we have heard from amazing female leaders. We are excited that this spring we will have a newly designed agenda that includes more speakers and more and different rejuvenation opportunities!
