About the event
Join us for a 2-day workshop exploring the fundamentals of instructional coaching. We will work with coaches on the coaching basics that are the foundation of a successful program. We will look at a variety of coaching methods and styles, and help participants find a mix that will support teaching and learning in their school.
We will address topics such as:
What coaching is and what it isn’t
Ethics in coaching
How to create a meaningful, measurable goal
What is a coaching cycle, and how to create one that is effective and impactful
