About the Event

Interested in learning how to structure your math class with a guided math approach, but feel unprepared or unsure of how to start? Worried that you do not have the instructional strategies and resources you need to make this work for your students? Join us for this two part course centered on best practices in the guided math classroom and begin planning routines & instruction immediately! This workshop will focus on the mathematical strands pertaining to 3rd -5th grade and have management routines embedded that complement the learner at that level.

After implementing at least one Guided Math unit, let’s reflect & connect on what worked well for you and the students and what challenges you faced. We will problem-solve common hurdles when implementing the framework and dive deeper into valuable resources to support your work in the classroom.

This workshop is funded through the Education, Innovation and Research (EIR) Grant.
