About the event
These interactive workshops are designed for instructional coaches who aim to enhance teaching effectiveness and student learning through impactful coaching practices. Participants will explore foundational principles of instructional coaching, build essential skills such as active listening, goal-setting, and feedback delivery, and learn how to cultivate a culture of trust and collaboration. Through real-world scenarios, reflective activities, and practical tools, attendees will leave equipped to support educators in achieving meaningful and sustainable growth in their instructional practice.
