The purpose of this academy is to equip educational leaders with the knowledge, frameworks, and practical skills needed to understand and integrate artificial intelligence (AI) in ways that are ethical, strategic, and human-centered. Drawing on principles from design thinking and change leadership, the academy helps participants reframe AI not as a threat or shortcut, but as a collaborative teammate that can support more meaningful learning, decision-making, and school transformation. Participants will engage in a structured sequence of experiences including AI literacy, design challenges, scenario-based exercises, and personal reflection that align with real-world leadership goals. Emphasis is placed on identity-based learning, integrity, and strategic use of AI to enhance agency for both students and staff.
