Both Nicole and Lauren are privileged to collaborate with school districts throughout the area on instructional practices, curriculum design, and data analysis. They both passionately advocate for personalized learning approaches to designing instruction and provide expert consulting on a wide variety of topics focused on best practices in education. Nicole and Lauren are experienced with facilitating, mentoring, and supporting both instructional and technology coaches throughout Lake County. Lauren has provided consultation services to Lake County districts and Nicole previously served as a building and district instructional coach.
