Illinois Resource Center - provides professional development services and instructional materials for loan. Resources focus on: teaching ESL, adult basic education, literacy, GED, citizenship, early childhood development, and multicultural issues in education. http://www.thecenterweb.org

 

Cable in the Classroom - cable companies provide schools free access to commercial free, educational cable content. Resources and activities for the programs can be found online. Teacher Planet - contains theme based ready-made lesson plans, units, worksheets, and clipart. The "Preparation tools" section contains links to websites where teachers can create their own puzzles, worksheets and flash cards.
