Income

The income by household is defined by the U.S. Census Bureau as "the income of the householder and all other individuals 15 years old and over in the household, whether they are related to the householder or not.

The median household income is defined by the U.S. Census Bureau as "the amount which divides the income distribution into two equal groups, half having income above that amount, and half having income below that amount".
